"The responsibility of making my Senatorial District a better place is a full-time job. I will not relent until every household in Kaduna North enjoys the dividend of democracy."

Senator Suleiman Abdu Kwari

In conjunction with the Federal and Kaduna State Governments, we would facilitate the building and rehabilitation of our Primary and Secondary schools. This is aimed at ensuring access to basic education at our rural and urban communities in line with the Compulsory, Free Universal Basic Education Act and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Working with relevant Agencies, we would expedite the upgrade and rehabilitation of already existing tertiary institutions as well as the provision of scholarship to our students.

Together with my fellow Senators and the State Government, I would move for the revitalization of the Primary Healthcare System. This would culminate in the construction and rehabilitation of Primary Healthcare Facilities across our 87 Nos. Wards to boost access to basic healthcare, especially at our rural communities.

We would also facilitate the equipping and upgrade of our secondary healthcare facilities across the 8 Nos. Local Government Areas, as well as the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Shika.

In liaison with the State Government and Foreign/Domestic Development Partners, we would expedite the adequate supply of pipe borne water to our communities. We would also construct boreholes where necessary, especially our rural communities.

We would proactively partner with the Federal and Kaduna State Government to source and raise funds for infrastructural development across our Zone. The road networks would be of utmost priority in driving economic growth in our rural and urban communities.

Special attention would be given to the construction and rehabilitation of rural feeder roads to aid our farmers in the transportation of their produce.

It is a well known fact that our Women and Youths are the major contributors during the period of electioneering, and also the most neglected after. We would reverse this trend!

To achieve this, we would partner with relevant financial institutions and NGOs to provide grants for investment to empower our Women and Youths.

Person with Disability

Our disabled brothers and sisters in Kaduna North will no longer suffer neglect! In liaison with several government agencies and Civil Society Organizations, we would facilitate the optimal implementation of the Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities (Prohibition) Act, 2018.

We would also ensure their inclusion in our empowerment program.

I would assiduously work with my colleagues in the Senate to ensure the full implementation of the National Economic Recovery and Growth Plan (ERGP) and also actualization of the Kaduna State Development Plan as well as the State Infrastructure Master Plan.
